This treatment follows the Brazilian Humanotherapy Methodology, which integrates spiritual concepts of human behaviour and evolution with principles from neuroscience and quantum physics. This evidence-based approach has been shown to be effective in addressing past traumatic experiences and complex trauma.
Trauma often stems from emotional responses linked to specific or ongoing events, typically occurring during the early stages of development, from birth through around ten years of age. These experiences can alter neural pathways in the brain, reinforcing repetitive emotional responses to similar situations. The trauma response itself is not consciously controlled - it is an automatic reaction triggered by emotional memory.
The Humanotherapy Methodology is effective in treating trauma because it combines techniques that address both the emotional roots and the neural pathways associated with the traumatic experience. It also works with the spiritual body, helping clients reconnect with their Higher Self and restore balance across mind, body, and spirit.
Treatment begins with an initial evaluation, during which the therapist explores the origin and emotional core of the trauma. From there, an individualised treatment plan is created — as there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Each person is unique, with life experiences that shape their healing journey. Typically, treatment plans consist of 10 to 13 weekly sessions.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and costs $75, while the initial consultation runs for 90 minutes at a rate of $120.
