Self-knowledge is the knowledge you have about yourself: who you are, how you work, what your favourites are and why you do what you do. It is empowering and gives you clarity about your own values, passions and desires, inner innegotiables and assists you to look beyond the obvious.
Using a person-centred approach and narrative theory, alongside principles of psychoanalysis, underpinned by trauma-informed theory with a spiritual view. The client is gently guided to observe the patterns that support their current narrative and change what is ready to be released and reshaped.
