Self-knowledge is the knowledge you have about yourself: who you are, how you work, what your favourites are and why you do what you do. It is empowering and gives you clarity about your own values, passions and desires, inner non-negotiables and assists you to look beyond the obvious.
This is the standard therapy session style: a 50-minute one-on-one therapy session delivered online. The clients are guaranteed confidentiality and a safe, judgement-free environment so they can speak about their emotions, traumas, share thoughts and develop their self-knowledge. There is also room for goal setting, behaviour analysis and psychosomatic practices.
The client is gently guided to observe the patterns that support their current narrative and change what is ready to be released and reshaped. Embedded in trauma-informed care and strengths-theory combined with concepts from psychoanalysis and free spirituality, each client is welcomed to reassess their narratives, beliefs and strengths at their pace and time that feels comfortable. The (Re)Learning About Yourself sessions are tailored to every client and follow natural flow.
The individual counselling sessions discussions include:
Anxiety, stress, or burnout
Relationship and family conflict
Low self-esteem or identity questions
Trauma or past emotional pain
Spiritual disconnection or seeking life purpose
